Lauth Announces New Tenants at Northwest Indiana Medical Facility
INDIANAPOLIS (August 12, 2008) – Lauth®, one of the nation’s leading development and construction firms, today named two additional medical tenants at its Saint Margaret Mercy Medical Pavilion South in Dyer, IN.
Comprehensive Surgical Services, including the practice of Dr. Vishnu Mathur, will occupy 2,044 square feet of the second floor of this modern medical office building.
Iliana Cardiovascular Consultants, including the practice of Dr. Jagdish Patel, will occupy 2,044 square feet on the 4th floor.
The building will also house Nephrology Associates with additional space remaining available for lease.
Saint Margaret Mercy Medical Pavilion South is located on the campus of the expanding Saint Margaret Mercy Healthcare Center and adjacent to the hospital’s new outpatient diagnostics center. This 63,371 square foot, Class A medical office building offers state-of-the-art custom designed suites which are engineered with both patients and physicians in mind. The enclosed connection between this medical office building and the hospital and outpatient diagnostics center will improve doctor efficiency and provide easy access for patients. It will open later this month.
