Larry Longman and Mike Benge fostered strong relationships with Vance & Hines staff, our Consultant, the Government Authorities Having Jurisdiction, the designers, and the subcontracting teams. Lauth’s team members worked for us to find solutions that were to our benefit that could unify and move all parties forward with each challenge presented. These challenges were solved to our satisfaction ad in no instance stopped the project momentum. In the end, we completed this facility on time and for a total sum less than the guaranteed maximum price.  Lauth has been an excellent partner in helping Vance & Hines Motorsports plan, develop, and construct three (3) facilities in Brownsburg, Indiana.
